* Place the finely chopped chocolate with the butter in a Pyrex
bowl. Melt in a microwave oven for 2 minutes or in a bowl over
hot water. Stir well until both ingredients are melted and smooth.
* Grill the almonds, hazelnuts and the walnuts in a non stick
frying pan, for 3 minutes.
* Pour the chocolate into the compartments of the bun tray.
Place, 1 almond, 1 walnut, 1 hazelnut and 2 golden raisins
and press delicately on top of the chocolate.
* Refrigerate for 4 hours and remove from the bun tray as
soon as out of the fridge. Keep them in a cool place.
* You may also crush the dried fruits slightly before putting on top
of the chocolate. You can substitute the fruit and nuts for dried
apricots, figs, dried cranberries and candied ginger, pistachios,
cashews, pine nuts, Macadamia, Brazil nuts, etc according
to taste.
