Place salmon in a bowl.
Rinse and halve unpeeled cucumbers lenghwise.
Seed and arrange over lettuce leaves.
Into the bowl, well mix together salmon, chopped green pepper, celery and green onion, minced parsley and chopped egg.
Delicately stir in tomato dices, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and yogurt.
Pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture into cucumber 'boats'.
