1. Cook spaghetti in a pan of boiling salt water. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain and set aside.
2. Peel and thinly slice apple. Heat honey in a pan and glaze the sliced apple.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Gently fry the flaked salmon. Drain and set aside.
4. Heat up the oil left in the pan, add in garlic and ginger and sweat without browning. Add in the glazed apple and spring onions. Mix well. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and warm through.
5. Add the salmon, stir well. Add in a dash of soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper Serve immediately.
