For the sauce preparation: shop finely red pepper and the onions and mix them in a bowl with the tomato juice and the salt. Then put all the mix in the frypan with the olive oil for 3 minutes and leave them aside.
Using your hands, divide the kafta into balls and put them in the roaster, then flatten each one of them until it is one kafta patty. Put it for 5 minutes in the preheated oven (210).
Peel the potato and cut into thick ring slices; do the same for the tomato.
Put the potatoes slices for 2 minutes in a frypan with olive oil.
In the roaster, put the potatos on top of the kafta; then put the tomato slice on top of the potatoes. And then put the sauce on top of the tomatoes. Put the roaster again in the oven for 15 minutes.
